- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the chicken, and 1/3 of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles, Alfredo sauce, and remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken for convenience.
- Substitute store-bought Alfredo sauce if short on time.
- Add spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
