Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the chicken, and 1/3 of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with noodles, Alfredo sauce, and remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
