- 2/3 cup evaporated milk

Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
