- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, and honey.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in the sauce and serve.
