- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Pour half the batter over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top. Swirl gently.
- Pour remaining batter and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
