- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 4 minutes per side.
- Add cheese slices in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast buns with butter.
- Assemble burgers with patties and serve.
