A refreshing and flavorful crab salad that’s perfect for a light lunch or as an appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh crab meat, picked over for shells
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and mix until smooth.
- Add the crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce leaves.
