Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce leaves.
