Description
Crispy and creamy crab rangoon made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the crab rangoon in the basket without overcrowding.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wonton wrappers.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
