Description
Crispy and creamy crab rangoon made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz crab meat
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrappers and seal the edges with water.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the filled wontons in the basket without overlapping.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
Notes
- You can use imitation crab if preferred.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
