Description

Crispy and creamy crab rangoon made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz crab meat
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrappers and seal the edges with water.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the filled wontons in the basket without overlapping.
  6. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.

Notes

  • You can use imitation crab if preferred.
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste.
