Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add seafood stock, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add crab meat and shrimp, cook until shrimp is pink.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and paprika.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
