Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Arrange the sliced potatoes around the meatloaf.
- Pour barbecue sauce over the meatloaf and potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
