Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to make cowboy butter.
- Spread cowboy butter generously on the toasted bread.
- Top with sliced steak and serve immediately.
