Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- While the steak rests, prepare the cowboy butter. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the melted butter. Stir well.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
