- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the hash browns, cooked sausage, and green onions.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden.
