A romantic dinner recipe for couples to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are soft.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
- Pair with a glass of white wine.
- Adjust seasoning based on taste.
