Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are soft.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
