- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- as needed Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop small amounts of the mixture onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket, spreading each scoop into a thin, flat circle.
- Spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air fry the chips for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and flip if necessary.
