Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • as needed Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop small amounts of the mixture onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket, spreading each scoop into a thin, flat circle.
  3. Spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Air fry the chips for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and flip if necessary.
