- 1 cup cottage cheese, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Spoon small dollops of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared air fryer basket, flattening them slightly to form chips.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and adjust cooking time as needed.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes to crisp up further.
- Serve immediately as a healthy snack or appetizer.
