- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Scoop batter onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
