Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then use your finger to poke a hole in the center to form bagels.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. If desired, brush the tops with honey or sugar and sprinkle with sesame seeds or bagel seasoning.
- Air fry the bagels for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
