Description
Corned beef sliders are delicious mini sandwiches filled with savory corned beef, topped with tangy sauce and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound corned beef, sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Layer corned beef on each bun.
- Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
- Top with sauerkraut.
- Spread thousand island dressing over the sauerkraut.
- Place the top halves of the buns on each slider.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Use rye slider buns for extra flavor.
