Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well blended.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
- Air fry the cookies at 320°F for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool in the air fryer for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
