- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a jar or container.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold the next morning and enjoy!
