Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space for them to spread.
  8. Air fry the cookies at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove the cookies from the air fryer and allow them to cool on a wire rack.

Notes

  • For softer cookies, reduce the air frying time slightly.
  • You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruit for variety.
