These air fryer cookies are easy to make and come out perfectly soft and chewy every time. With just a few ingredients, you can enjoy delicious homemade cookies in a fraction of the time!

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space for them to spread.
- Air fry the cookies at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For softer cookies, reduce the air frying time slightly.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruit for variety.
- Make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket; bake in batches if necessary.
