Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are soft.
  9. Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
