A refreshing cold brew coffee topped with a rich and creamy vanilla sweet cream that enhances the coffee’s flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Coarsely ground coffee
- 4 cups Cold water
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large jar or pitcher, combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir to combine.
- Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, and top with the vanilla sweet cream.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness of the vanilla sweet cream to your taste by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, steep the coffee for the full 24 hours.
- Store any leftover cold brew and vanilla sweet cream in the refrigerator for up to a week.
