Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering.
  2. Add chocolate and coffee, stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in toffee bits and chill for 2 hours.
  4. Roll into balls and coat with cocoa powder.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp for 2 minutes.
  6. Add garlic, orzo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook until orzo is tender and shrimp is done.
  8. Serve warm.
