Description
Rich homemade chocolate truffles with coffee and toffee flavors. A quick and flavorful one-pan shrimp orzo with lemon for easy meals.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Add chocolate and coffee, stir until smooth.
- Mix in toffee bits and chill for 2 hours.
- Roll into balls and coat with cocoa powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, orzo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until orzo is tender and shrimp is done.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Store truffles in the fridge.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust lemon to taste.
