Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Mix the ground coffee, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the olive oil evenly over both sides of the steaks.
- Generously apply the coffee rub to both sides of the steaks, pressing it into the meat.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
