Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and coffee to the yeast mixture.
  3. Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread butter and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
