Delicious coffee cinnamon rolls with a rich flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and coffee to the yeast mixture.
- Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
Notes
- Serve warm for best taste.
- Use strong coffee for a richer flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
