  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
  2. Coat the beef strips in cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the beef until browned, then remove from the pan.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Simmer until thickened.
  7. Return beef to the pan and coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve.
