  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, and beef broth.
  4. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
