Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked. Slice into strips.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  5. Grill asparagus until tender and slightly charred.
