Description

A creamy and delicious pasta dish with tender chicken and rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with dried parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • For a thicker sauce, simmer longer.
