Instructions

  3. Dredge the clam strips in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Carefully place the coated clam strips into the hot oil, working in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the clam strips from the oil and drain on paper towels.
