- 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, and smoked paprika.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and browned.
- Flip the thighs and continue grilling for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
