  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, and smoked paprika.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and browned.
  6. Flip the thighs and continue grilling for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
