Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and cinnamon for the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.

  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  8. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
