Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Roll up the dough and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon rolls.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
