Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour, covered.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  9. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for icing.
  10. Drizzle icing over warm rolls.
