A quick and easy recipe for cinnamon roll overnight oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup raisins or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix gently.
- Fold in raisins or nuts if using.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warm.
