A delicious cinnamon roll coffee cake that combines the flavors of classic cinnamon rolls with a soft, moist cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch baking pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter in a separate bowl.
- Spread the cinnamon mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a cream cheese glaze on top.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
