Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa, stir well.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a large serving dish, layer tortilla chips.
- Top with the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Garnish with black beans, sour cream, guacamole, green onions, and jalapeños.
- Serve immediately.
