Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of chopped mango
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of tequila (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, strawberries, mango, lime juice, and tequila.
  7. Once the cake is cool, poke holes in it with a fork.
  8. Pour the fruit mixture over the cake.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
