Easy desserts perfect for a Cinco de Mayo party.
Ingredients

- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil.
- Mix until smooth and pour into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the sweetened condensed milk over it.
- Spread whipped cream on top and garnish with strawberries, chocolate syrup, and nuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a festive touch, add colorful sprinkles on top.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
