- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded chicken or beef
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexican blend)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken or beef with half of the salsa.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto each tortilla, then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top each tortilla with the remaining salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
- Garnish with jalapeño slices if desired.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
