- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and paprika.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- For extra crispiness, leave the potato skins on.
- You can add grated Parmesan cheese after baking for extra flavor.
