Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix milk and eggs until well combined.

- Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
