Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese and vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Grease a baking dish and layer bread at the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Add cooked sausage on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
