- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
