- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, pecans, rosemary, and salt in a bowl.
- Spoon a small amount of filling onto each pastry square.
- Fold the corners to the center and press lightly.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
