Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced turkey
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberry sauce, celery, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over four slices of bread.
- Top with remaining slices of bread.
- Place sandwiches in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

- Can be made a day in advance and baked before serving.
