  • Pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken broth – 2 cups
  • Green beans – 1 lb
  • Almonds – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Cranberry sauce – 1 jar
  • Pumpkin pie – 1 pie

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare turkey by rubbing butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper all over.
  3. Place turkey in roasting pan and add chicken broth.
  4. Roast turkey for about 3 hours, basting occasionally.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, add green beans and almonds to the pan.
  6. Once cooked, let turkey rest before carving.
  7. Serve with cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
