Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Brussels sprouts, carrots, potatoes, and green beans.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary to the bowl.
- Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and browned.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
